P.S. Megan, I think the jacket Bret is wearing in these photos is Matt's. I'd like to say we kept it to remember you guys by but I think we both know that Bret just forgot to give it back before we moved. To you and Rachel, I can guarantee your husband's clothes will be returned.

question: did you just learn to take sweet pictures from your manual? or do you subscribe to photo blogs? know any good ones? i'd like to learn, but have found myself to be lazy...

Hey there. So I don't really follow any photography blogs or anything but I did work for a portrait studio in college and although I didn't take a lot of pictures there, I looked at TONS of them. So that helped me appreciate what makes a good picture like lighting and composition. Honestly though, the best way that I've learned is just taking your camera everywhere you go (even when it drives your husband bonkers) and shoot like crazy, learning from your mistakes.
