I apologize for the blog neglect. I've shifted my focus to writing in my journal lately and so this has taken a back seat. I've also been thinking about going private, at least I always planned to when we had children. Any thoughts or opinions on the matter? Love to hear it. Bret thinks that the few people who read this would probably be the same ones that would continue to read it if we went private, so it doesn't really matter either way. Not sure what we'll do yet. Stay tuned.
Anyway, for those who have been checking this daily to see if our child is still a little cutie, rest assured that he is. To prove it, here are some recent photos.
We sure love being his parents. He continues to grow in front of our eyes and I already know I'm going to miss this fun stage; he's so interactive, curious and alert, but still my little baby.
P.S. I'm obsessed with orange right now, especially for all things baby boy, so thank you Caitlin for that blanket!

He is so adorable Laura! What a perfect baby boy. I went back and forth about the whole private thing too, but I ended up doing it and it does give me peace of mind. Matt gave me the same advice about the friends who look at it now will follow it when it's private, I think its true.

When people go private I usually stop checking their blogs unless they create an update blog that shows on the sidebar when they've updated (if that makes sense). I've never really considered going private, but I don't have children. I can see why people do it, but I don't really think there are that many "creepers" actually looking at anyone's blog, it's probably really just friends that regularly check it. But that's just my opinion and I might change my mind when I have kids. It's up to you what you do! Your son is really cute!
