Spokanite World Christmas

Laura and I went to Spokane for Christmas. It was everything one could expect from a trip possessing immense pleasure and bounteous joy. The majority of our time was spent indoors - snow in Spokane was at unprecedented levels this year. A man named Father Christmas surprised us all by landing his flying sleigh on top of our roof, entering our fireplace shaft, and placing consumer products underneath of a tree in our family room. (It is important to note that he wrapped a number of these products with paper.)

Other important events in our adventure to the the Pacific Northwest include a visit to the famous Hu Hot Mongolian Grill and a Lord of the Rings Movie Marathon (while playing L.O.T.R. Risk). My father and I shoveled snow for hours, Laura crocheted beanies, Father Miller worked on his train set and Mother Miller prepared for their temporary move to St. George, UT. Melinda slept in and hung out with us when she arose from her slumber. The Hudsons were busy with baby Ty, but when he was sleeping we enjoyed hanging out, looking at their remodels and sitting in their massage chair. Lynette visited from Seattle on Christmas Eve, we always love her nachos and the youtube videos she shares with us.

Happy Holidays everybody! You're the bestest friends we could ever ask for.

you guys are so funny. i can imagine you dancing through the halls of a house, knocking your ankles and arms as you flail them about.

We love the Millers. I just got a job, so our journeying to Europe together might be delayed a little. So Laura, don't quit your job for us (unless you want to). You guys should move out here.

That deleted comment was from me because I was embarrassed that I made a grammatical error, especially since I am currently helping Jordan with his business writing independent study class.

I miss you guys. Laura, I want to dance with you. Your moves are inspiring and they always have been.

I loved the post about going through your closet. One time I had to submit my ACT scores (when I went back to school they needed them to confirm the college credits on my BYU transcript that were from AP courses) but don't worry. You can request them and have them sent through the website. I've learned that with the inception of the internet, you pretty much don't need a hard copy of anything. Unless of course, the internet implodes. I'm kind of counting on that someday. Wouldn't it be fun?

Nothing better than a good ole fashioned Ring-a-thon during the holidays! Now Bret, with all that snow did you and Laura remember to bring sled and your winter tire? I showed my family that FHE Dell sledding commercial on YouTube and they loved it! You are famous my man.
